We take great care to ensure all products are inspected and securely packaged before shipping.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds will be considered only if the item is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible:

  • The damage must have occurred during shipping
  • Proof is required at the time of delivery

Proof of Damage

Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the damaged product
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Evidence that the item was damaged upon arrival

All proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Failure to provide sufficient proof

Refund Process

Once the submitted evidence is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion
